Job Description

Position Summary

The Security staff will support the guest experience at High West through managing crowd control and compliance of operating license age restrictions. This staff member will also support and communicate with various work functions to deliver an epic guest experience as needed during outdoor Après, Ice Bar and Event functions.


  • Greet guests at property point of entry”.

  • Represent High West in a knowledgeable and authentic manner.

  • ID and ensure eligible guests are properly allowed

  • Manage guest flow around property and in building.

  • Support host team with challenging guests and seek support from MOD.

  • Positively represent High West and its values

  • Help with event set-up and flow, as needed

  • Provide professional and accurate information to guests and coworkers

  • Maintain front entrance cleanliness

Work Environment:

- Works outdoors/indoors

- Works in warm/cold climates

- Works in high places

- Works on wet surfaces

- Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals

- Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic

- Must be able to move up to 55 lbs

- Primary office environment may be tasting room/barrel room

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
