Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Strategy MBA Intern to join the Walmart+ team and help define new business opportunities. The Walmart+ Value Proposition and Experience team is focused on building a best-in-class membership program that can serve and appeal to Walmart's entire customer base.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Research, identify, and develop go-to market strategies for new initiatives
- Analyze and identify drivers for key member growth metrics
- Hypothesize tests to demonstrate causality of behaviors to outcomes
We will need your strategic vision and analytical acumen to grow our membership program. In addition to the above, you will also partner with our Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Insights teams to bring new initiatives to life.
You'll make an impact by demonstrating your:
- Customer centric mindset
- Framework-driven & logic-based reasoning
- Native data fluency
- Ability to collaborate with and influence partners and stakeholders
You'll sweep us off your feet if you have the following experience in:
- Membership experience for a retail/consumer business or SaaS experience
- Growth strategy and/or business case development for new opportunities
- Data analytics and experimentation
