What you'll do...

The Senior Manager I, Operations, eComm InHome Delivery is a critical role on the InHome team combining project management, operational expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver on InHome's most important KPIs. As a member of InHome's Operations team, you will drive the execution of multiple business plans or projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance. You will work across the InHome team to collaborate with Store Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Service to take projects from idea to execution.

Walmart+ InHome is currently live in several markets and expanding nationally, reaching over 35 million households by the end of this year. • Scaling InHome's operational capabilities - identify and pursue opportunities to improve or add to InHome's operational capabilities, tools and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience (Operations, Project Management, or Program Management)
• Proficient in analyzing data and performing detailed analysis using Excel, Tableau or similar tools

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$195,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
