Executive Assistant I, eComm
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for two leaders in a proactive manner, resolving conflicts, managing responses of critical stakeholders, and communicating with the leader any information they need to know.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports.
- Assist in preparing Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours.
- Conserve the leaders' time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
What you'll bring :
- 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role or a role with similar requirements.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ability to support hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.

The annual salary range for this position is $72,000.00-$128,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
