Senior Manager, FP&A
Job SummaryResponsible for providing financial and operational analysis to leadership in support of business unit decision-making, looking for risks and opportunities. Manages accounting transactions, ensuring that all financial data is recorded within generally accepted accounting principles consistent with Company policies. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.
Fully support the Customer Operations Long Range Plan, Budget and Monthly Close/Forecasting cycles by being a hands on leader, providing business insight, financial and operational support.
Serves as a channel for senior management to relay their financial planning and business needs/issues. Leads the preparation and review of budget materials for the executive leaders and manages ongoing reporting against budget and plan objectives.
Develops ways to continually improve the processes to ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for management team.
Continuously look for ways to enhance, streamline, improve day to day Financial operations.
Manage and develop Senior Financial Analyst.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
