Senior Manager, Digital Strategy
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the needed refinements to existing digital products and services and the creation of new offerings either aligned with an existing In-Center, Critical Care & Home lines of business (Verticals) or established as a new venture
- Develop detailed expertise within new Digital Ventures opportunity areas and the Verticals that include a deep understanding of the end-end value chain and needed patient, Provider and Care Enablement experience
- Benchmark digital offerings with competitors and other external digital innovation occurring outside of renal care
- Define the supporting digital monetization strategies and economics to compare possible new digital investments and rationalize funding activities with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Vertical product management and product owners to ensure digital is an integral component of the delivered value-stream and help feed new strategic opportunities and improvements to product roadmaps
- Create business cases that define the economic value for investments in digital product/service refinements and new offerings

- Define and evaluate internal and external product realization options to help drive collaboration, de-risk commercialization, and accelerated decision-making with regulatory, privacy, legal, medical office, product management, development, test, and operations team members

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree (MBA) desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, engineering, or computer science; MBA degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a strategic function product management, program management or business development.
- Some healthcare experience is required, preferably in digital health, value-based care, or hospital settings
- Detailed financial modeling of business cases, market, and competitive analysis
- Strategic thinker able to see the big picture, ideate on and define new digital offerings, and draw from internal/external innovation concepts
- Must be an excellent communicator and have strong presentation skills
- Quick learner able to understand end-end care delivery models, value propositions and assess product-market fits
- Some exposure to web/cloud, mobile, Al/machine learning, data analytics and other digital health technologies
